Casting Chaos Kids Fishing Tournament is not just about the thrill of catching fish; especially when there are CASH prizes and rewards on the line!
- Tournament Fish Calculations: Every fish submitted to the Angler app will be reviewed using our Tournament Rules. And the total amount of any species of fish (except Tarpon) will be calculated and will provide you with a score in inches. There will be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winner and prize in each age group going to the angler with the highest inches caught.

Award Ceremony March 16, 2025, 4 pm- 6 pm: Winners in each age group will receive trophies and prizes! During the awards ceremony there will be Food Trucks, Local Vendor Booths, Family Games, YouTube Fishing Enthusiasts, Fishing Workshops and more!
- Age Groups: Our tournament is open to children age 6 to 15, divided into age-appropriate groups to ensure a fair competition. Ages 6-10 will be one age group. Ages 11-15 will be in second age group.
Ages 11-15
Grand Prize= $500 Cash Prize
2nd Place = $250 Cash Prize
3rd Place = $150 Cash Prize
* Winners must attend the awards ceremony to claim their prize.
Grand Slam = A bonus of 50 inches will be added to the angler’s score
Grand Slam goes to the Angler who submits a fish from these three species:
Snakehead, Peacock and Panfish (Bluegill, Sunfish, Mayan Cichlid)
Ages 6-10
1st Place = $100 Cash Prize & Fishing Pole
2nd Place = $50 Cash Prize & Tackle Box
3rd Place = $25 Cash Prize & Bait

Please Note:
- The ranking goes in order to the angler with the highest total inches caught.
- No required fish species and no minimum sizes apply. (Tarpon are not permitted)
- Lines In The Water: 7 am Lines out of the water 2 pm
- All fish must be photographed and submitted to the Fish Angler app no later than 2:15 PM on the day of the tournament to be counted. Judges will verify and approve all appropriate submissions. Incorrect or late submissions will be rejected.
- Photos of fish must be taken with the nose of the fish against the vertical side of the board marked 0 inches, with the wrist band in the picture. Submit all photos by species, indicating the size and other specifics to the FISH ON TOURNAMENTS app.
- Anglers must only fish freshwater water open to the Public and follow all state and federal laws pertaining to fishing. For more rules and regulations about the tournament please click here.
